Custom building mod?

Hi, My game was crashing so deleted all and re installed, now i cant find the mod

basicly i could build custom buildings on the map without the need to zone it. Pls help

For exmple, i wanna make a level 3 low residential house, i just clck and manually build it

which ever it is :) its working now thank you. I was wondering if how do i more buildings, i dont want unique buildings i just want these custom houses or commercials or industries etc. i place building and auto fill in workers.

also i got one more issue is now that memory is reaching 99% shall i buy more ram?

if you only have like 8 GB ram , I would advice you to add another 8 GB. 16GB should be plenty for C:S.

i got 16 gb ram 3000mz :) any good holiday sale will snap some more ram

Last I knew plop the growable mod was not working, not sure if this has been fixed as of late, read the comments on the mods page
