Loading Bar stuck at 50% chirpy infinately spins

Ive tried disabling some older mods, tried disabling all but like 3 assets, when I use the loading screen mod it gives me an error saying
Simulation: (failed)
argument is out of range
parameter name: index
then it loads in and gives me 3/4 of a blue screen and a bar at the bottom with a bit of road and I cant interact with it. These are the mods i'd LIKE to use:
81 tiles
auto line color
automatic bulldoze
daylight classic
demand master
extended building information mod
extra landscaping tools
loading screen mod
network extensions 2
no more purple/tan pollution
random tree rotation
tm:pe 10.20
unlock all + wonders & landmarks
Any advice is helpful I just want to get back to my city Ive been working on :/

You don't have all of the required mods or assets by the save. Out of range means something is missing, but it could be anything from vehicles to actual roads/other networks.

Content Manager > Savegames > Find your broken savegame > Subscribe to All > Enable All

Demand Master is broken. It won't be the reason for the problem you're having, but you will want to switch to another demand mod that doesn't have issues.

Like snowflitzer suggested, you can use the Loading Screen Mod to try and recover from a simulation error. To do that, subscribe to the mod, enable it and restart the game. Then go into Options, find the Loading Screen Mod on the list on the left, then find the part that says Safe Mode and enable all the options for it. Try loading your city and see if that does the trick.

There's 2 more mods that can help with the error depending on what exactly the issue is. You can use all at once if you'd like. Just make sure they are enabled and that you restart the game after enabling them.
