If only have a few mods/assets. I would just replace them and start over.
thats just me though. So dont take as gospel. If have a ton of mods... then can go through your mod list and turn off one at time to try find which one is missing or duplicated. Might need to unsub from them. And some mods leave bits behind when unsub so that could also be a problem.

You will probably want to subscribe to this and enable the setting to save asset repports:

This helps to identify all cases of missing assets as well as unused assets and it ends up being incredibly helpful for figuring out asset-related problems and loading-related problems.
Share your log file so we can get more detail on that object error you keep getting.

With over a page of people having issues with the mod after that last update it seems like a good place to start the investigation at least.
this ((Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException] ))
still keeps popping up every 2 seconds? I have no clue what that is related too.

Usually it's due to the building containing a prop or something else that's from a DLC you don't yet own.
There are some other, more severe, errors, that I'm still investigating - will post more info in a bit...
More Beautification causes menu lag. Suggest unsubscribe and use "Find It!" mod instead.
No Pillars is old and can cause some problems with orphan nodes/segments. Suggest using "Fine Road Anarchy" and "Fine Road Tool" mods (together) instead. If further customisation is required, add "Network Skins" mod too (the first version; because newer version is still in beta).
You have two versions of Network Extensions mod installed. You must unsubscribe the old version as it is known to be game-breaking.
You have a 25 tiles mod ("All 25 Areas purchasable") and also the 81 tiles mod. Choose one, unsubscribe the other. If you only play 25 tiles, I'd suggest "Purchase It!" mod instead of the one you currently use.
Still digging through log file will post more in a bit...
You have both the 25 tiles and 81 tiles mods active at same time:
Only use one of them at a time! You can't use both together.

Hotels listed above are likely to require the After Dark DLC.
I've not seen that error before, possibly caused by Building Themes mod? Or it could be caused by one of the other issues listed above (like having two 'tiles' mods active at same time)
