seems you have 2 assets that have same name. remove one or more of your bridge mods. And you're also missing a asset.

If only have a few mods/assets. I would just replace them and start over.

thats just me though. So dont take as gospel. If have a ton of mods... then can go through your mod list and turn off one at time to try find which one is missing or duplicated. Might need to unsub from them. And some mods leave bits behind when unsub so that could also be a problem.

The long line of number seems to be the workshop ID of a mod, so it is most likely related to the mod (given the comments on it I am not sure if it's the mod causing it or if you used assets from the mods before removing the mod):

You will probably want to subscribe to this and enable the setting to save asset repports:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=667342976
This helps to identify all cases of missing assets as well as unused assets and it ends up being incredibly helpful for figuring out asset-related problems and loading-related problems.

Duplicate prefab name is fairly common and doesn't usually cause any errors. For example, if a pack of roads uses same pillar for elevated or bridge, that pillar has same name so you get the 'duplicate prefab' error. Nothing to worry about.

Share your log file so we can get more detail on that object error you keep getting.

That's true but when you look at the comments on the mod's page there are definitely some asset problems, and the "pillar" message is supposedly fixed since March but after that the pillar and a few other assets (including the pillar in question) seem to not be found when loading an older save.
With over a page of people having issues with the mod after that last update it seems like a good place to start the investigation at least.

That's likely due to a bug in the asset editor which causes parts of road prefab to get renamed each time the asset is updated in workshop. The solution is to publish road (or any network) asset twice per update (first time does the problematic rename, second time reverts to original name).

Thank you for the help I got the broken assets fixed, I unsubed from the narrow road pack BUT
this ((Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException] ))
still keeps popping up every 2 seconds? I have no clue what that is related too.

Share your log file like I asked above so we can see what causes that error.

Several of the errors are caused by a Ploppable RICO buildings:

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at PloppableRICO.PloppableCommercial.GetConstructionCost () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at BuildingAI.GetLocalizedTooltip () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at FindIt.Asset.GetLocalizedTooltip (.PrefabInfo prefab, System.String title) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at FindIt.GUI.UISearchBox.Search () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at FindIt.FindIt.Start () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 UnityEngine.DebugLogHandler:Internal_LogException(Exception, Object) UnityEngine.DebugLogHandler:LogException(Exception, Object) UnityEngine.Logger:LogException(Exception, Object) UnityEngine.Debug:LogException(Exception) FindIt.DebugUtils:LogException(Exception) FindIt.FindIt:Start()

Usually it's due to the building containing a prop or something else that's from a DLC you don't yet own.

There are some other, more severe, errors, that I'm still investigating - will post more info in a bit...

Automatic Bulldoze v2 has some bugs. Suggest unsubscribe and use "Bulldoze It!" mod instead.

More Beautification causes menu lag. Suggest unsubscribe and use "Find It!" mod instead.

No Pillars is old and can cause some problems with orphan nodes/segments. Suggest using "Fine Road Anarchy" and "Fine Road Tool" mods (together) instead. If further customisation is required, add "Network Skins" mod too (the first version; because newer version is still in beta).

You have two versions of Network Extensions mod installed. You must unsubscribe the old version as it is known to be game-breaking.

You have a 25 tiles mod ("All 25 Areas purchasable") and also the 81 tiles mod. Choose one, unsubscribe the other. If you only play 25 tiles, I'd suggest "Purchase It!" mod instead of the one you currently use.

Still digging through log file will post more in a bit...

Looks like you used the "Rainfall" mod at some point in the past - if you're no longer using it, remove the rainfall assets (storm drain, etc).

Unkown type detected. Attempting to resolve from 'Rainfall.StormDrainAI, Rainfall, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' to 'Rainfall.StormDrainAI, Rainfall, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' [Packer - Internal]

You have both the 25 tiles and 81 tiles mods active at same time:

# All Areas purchaseable # 81 Tiles (Fixed for C:S 1.2+)

Only use one of them at a time! You can't use both together.

The following buildings appear to be causing the Ploppable RICO issues (number before the dot is the Steam Workshop ID):

Note: I can't be 100% sure it's these buildings, they are just likely candidates as they are mentioned above RICO errors, but it's no guarantee they are the problem.

This is the main error you are getting:

Simulation error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at BuildingAI.CheckUnlocking () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at BuildingManager.SimulationStepImpl (Int32 subStep) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at SimulationManagerBase`2[Manager,Properties].SimulationStep (Int32 subStep) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at BuildingManager.ISimulationManager.SimulationStep (Int32 subStep) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at SimulationManager.SimulationStep () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at SimulationManager.SimulationThread () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 [Core]

I've not seen that error before, possibly caused by Building Themes mod? Or it could be caused by one of the other issues listed above (like having two 'tiles' mods active at same time)
Cavesquid123 Jul 1, 2019 @ 9:43am
ok, I tried all of that as best as i can. I am still getting this error.

(Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]
