How do I recover my Cart?

My cats keep stuck in 0/150 or 0/200. How do I recover this?
Also what does this afffect on the gameplay?

Select your cart in the list of carts (by clicking on the cart). The resources for repair will be indicated there.
A broken cart does not give the other five bonuses.
There is a bug in the game at the moment - a broken cart does not change anything. It will be fixed in the next patch, because the bug is not critical.

Those buffs are nothing and cart breaks with a speed of light. Never consider fixing it, just forget about this button.
