Why do I feel nauseous when playing this game?
Anyone else have this problem? Way to deal with it?

I don't know if it's the same problem I have (especially with FPS games), but it might be motion sickness. Any other games make you feel that way? If that's the case, do a quick search on google for "video games and motion sickness" and try some of their solutions. Some say to improve the graphics and fps, so as chupacu suggested, try turning off motion blur, and maybe go to 60fps if not already (though that may causes some glitches if you can't make it stable, not to mention making QTEs harder); turning on the lights and playing further away from the monitor, taking ginger pills and/or using a wristband called "sea bands", and/or maybe taking some nausea medication are some other suggestions.

I can't say I tested them myself, I usually just avoid the games that makes me (literally) sick.

The only other game that made me feel like this was battlefield bad company 2 but every other fps game I can play fine

Isn't the low FOV part of the gameplay?

It's a more common issue in FPS games, but narrow FOV plus framerate issues may also make certain users feel motion sickness. Try to find a FOV mod.

yeah i get nauseous and heavy headaches because of low fps (30) and im not kidding btw, my laptop is old and crappy so i can't play on 60 fps (everytime there's a fps drop game goes slow motion) and 30 fps just makes me sick.

Yep, it is the low field of view, probably combined with you playing at 30 fps. This kind of experience is designed for peasants who sit at least 2-3 meters away from the screen, so the game takes up less of their vision.
There is a Cheat Engine table for this RE4 edition that has a camera hack, so you can set custom FoV. Get it and set the FoV higher, the nausea should go away or at least weaken.

Maybe all the killing you do in the game.

There's something different about the mouse control. I never get motion sick, but I just started playing this game and right away felt weird. Any other FPS is fine for me. This one, it's like I'm on a rocking boat and can't get the camera to go where it should. Very strange!!

I can confirm this in my own case. I always get motion sick in FPS games with narrow FOV and fast running. For some reason it is less pronounced in third person shooters, but when playing RE4/5/6 for too long, I will still "see" motion even hours later with my eyes closed. It's like sensations continuously moving from the center of the visual field outwards.

I feel the same, and that's why I totally avoid fast-paced first person games. Luckily they made RE7 slow enough and added FoV slider so I didn't have issues with it, but I remember when I tried to play Mirror's Edge, lol, almost puked after 20 minutes playing it and never touched that thing again.
