How can I get the easyest mode？

I wanna play the amateur in resident evil4,and find the different with normal.
It looks like amateur is Japan only,can I get it in Asia？
PS:I can clear hardest（PRO）...

Easy mode here is the same as Amateur in the Japanese one. All Steam HD releases have Easy mode from the start. If you have the shotgun at the start without grabbing it from the house, then you are on amateur. There is no easier mode than that.
(And yes, the current absolute lowest legit and recorded clear time was made on NG+ easy mode on PC 30/60 mixed fps.)

i find emugame in wii and ps2，it has amateur mode。
the ammo is twice，even the first handgun is 20 ammo in new game。。and the way is different with normal，but is same with easy mode。
i don't think play re4 amateur is waste my life。but i find that ♥♥♥ game real waste time，haha

infact，my friend want live all biohazard（resident evil） game（0-7，cv，others gaiden...），but he can't play the 4 5 6 7 very well,so i remember the amateur ...and live need a great screen,ps2 and wii is not hd enough ..so I want get hd bio4 ...although he live ps2 yesterday..

and in 3-4，when using Ashley，♥♥♥ normal（and pro）is classic camera（likes re0-3），easy and amateur is follow camera。this is Japan only。
as a Asian，i like Japanese subtitles。。look above，，my English is very bad。。 ( >̶̥̥̥᷄д<̶̥̥̥᷅ )

Sorry, but never saw even hints about an "amateur" mode below easy. Even the RE4 speedrunning board has only one time submitted, but it is a misfiled easy mode PC run. Heck, I cannot find it even with Google. =(

Yes, the japanese PS2 version (at least) has 4 difficulty settings, so 3 available from the start. The handgun has a capacity of 20 rounds and the shotgun, 12. They are unupgraded however, I wonder what's their max capacity and how does all that work lol https://imgur.com/gallery/IYaZw1T

Rocket launcher is easy mode. skip all the bosses, use all that ammo and heals you save on the regular enemies.

easy mode, just buy lots of rocket launchers. even Pro mode is easy.

Wow, that's really interesting. Seeing as how this is my childhood video game there's still a lot that I don't know about it.

I mean if you die alot in this game the AI curve will be much easier i mean you will face less enemy's but do a great job the enemy AI will be much better like adding more enemy's to fight and such.

this game is way too hard they need something easier than easiest D: like super easy mode


no but in all seriousness, the AI is easy to predict and in most cases can be 1 shot even on pro mode with a handgun, learn where to shoot, use kicks and suplexes to save ammo, kicks are great at crowd control... as far as rocket launchers on bosses, thats no fun :C fight them for real, with all the quick time buttons you should rarely get hit. Oh and a bigger hint many people miss, las plagas is weak against light, tis why you dont see it in daylight, try flashing it for explosive results

Agreed. Looking at it now they can be very easy to exploit. I got to the point where I made my own challenges for the game since I loved it so much. For instance I did a run using only different handguns (though I had to spend an entire playthrough gathering ammo). Also my recent playthrough I finally got brave enough to start knifing chainsaw enemies. So satisfying.
