Mobiamo mobile payment not work

Hello sorry for my bad english, im French.

When i try to buy ems with mobiamo payment it not work, they ask me my number and when i click OK they redirect me on a page with this message : Transaction wasn't completed!.

Mobiamo is listed as an option, but I can't quite say why it is not working in your case. The accepted payment methods for France are listed here: {LIEN SUPPRIMÉ}https://www.paymentwall.com/en/payment-methods/france

Can you tell me where you're trying to complete the payment (Steam or the Website)? Then we can look the account up and check it.
