Its prob not gonna come back .-. I mean i hope it dosent come back... we had werewolf last year and this year... so i hope next year will be something new.

No license was required. You just had to get a special gun/crossbow that fired silver bullets. You could earn one by winning a Halloween competition or completing a Halloween mission pack.
