What does the Nyakuza Language mean?

I've seen these weird writings everywhere in the Metro.
This could be english, but with different letters.

Can we find out how each letter looks like?

Lets begin with the recycling bins: glass, plastic, rest and paper.

nothing. I can also tell the signs in "japanese" are gibberish too, they aren't actually any sort of hiragana or katakana or kanji. It's just gibberish that makes localization easier.
