it appears to be a glitch atm, none of the nyakuza gear aside from some paints seems to show up for others

It appears that a lot of the outfits aren't viewable in online, instead displaying the default outfit. Hopefully that's fixed.
bump. friend can't see my outfit at all.
Hope this gets fixed, I payed 60 bucks for this game.

Wait what? How in the hell did you pay 60? The game and all DLC only adds up to about 45-50 bucks.

Australian dollars. I knew someone would ask about that.
Australian dollars are worth 33 percent less than the american dollar. So things are 1.33 of the American price at the trade off that the pay rate is higher.

Ah, ok. My bad.

Hats aren't visible online either. Everyone in every session I join always has the default hat equipped, even though they're pulling off tricks from other hats. The dyes work just fine, tho.

yeah haha it's weird that the hats are hidden, I had the Dino hat with the green dye for my dinosaur set, and my friend looked at me and said "Why are you dressed as a leprachaun?" smh the games ruining my style lmao

The only thing I can think is this was a performance compromise? Just tracking the location and action of each Hat/Bow Kid is strenuous enough, I could imagine tacking keeping track of what hat and outfit they're wearing, paired with 50 of them running around, could cause some framerate and networking issues, but that's just speculation. I mean, for a while Steam profile icons were causing crashes, and then that got fixed, so maybe they'll iron that out in the coming weeks?

The devs have said it is not a glitch. Unfortunately. It's likely this was done on purpose.

completely normal, they can only see dyes but if you have a different hat it'll show up as default hat

that would be dumb if true. I would rather have a 4-10 player with full outfit then 50 players, that I will never play, with just the default. it also works with the virtual outfit so that points to this being a bug. if it's not a bug, that's just dumb to not make it an option

the fact that the N64 model swap works makes me think this is a bug more then anything, hopefully
