Using Parsec and 2nd player cannot play???
Since remote play is not a thing my cousin and I use Parsec for local coop. But he can only press the pause button. we tried many things with the controller settings ingame but no dice.

Also we tried other games and his controller is working fine, just not on Tales of Grace F Remastered (it did work when i did something random but now that we re-launched parsec the same issue occured).

Controller and keyboard icon is next to player 1 (me) and i see a controller icon on 2nd player (My cousin).

EDIT: I solved it, i had to unplug my keyboard for some reason.... Steam detected my keyboard as a controller.... I just unplug, start the game and let my cousin connect through parsec.

Did you make sure to set his character to either manual or semi-auto?
I've done a bit of co-op using Parsec, assuming you have the Parsec side of things done correctly, set the character in the 2nd slot on the list to Semi-Auto or Manual, and that should let player 2 control them.

Go to the Bandai Namco survey and tell em they should put remote play in.

Yup, we did Semi/Manual. The character stands still during battle.

Definitely not Parsec's problem, we played other games to test it, and it worked perfectly.

I Have tried sunlight/moonlight combo (i dont own the game my friend does) also there is Remoteplaywhatever. sunlight/moonlight controller doesnt work. Remoteplaywhatever has no sound lol they just need to fix the listing to allow it through steam
Use Special K and it's will work,I'm playing with my friend without any problem

Make sure to turn off Special K's PlayStation controller feature, just FYI.

SK maps all PlayStation controllers to XInput slot 0, so that'd make multiplayer impossible :)

If everyone's using an Xbox controller, everything should be fine though without you having to do anything.
