Is it possible to delete/reset my Rocket League profile/account?

If I were going to do this I suppose first thing I'd do would be to turn off cloud saves, assuming they're on by default. Then I'd uninstall through Steam, then manually do a check for any RL-related folders in all the usual places and delete anything I found, then run something like Crap Cleaner or the like to try and wipe all traces from memory, then do a restart of my pc and do that again to see if anything got missed in the first wipe, then fire up Steam and install the game and see if it worked.

you also have to disable cloud sync for at least one session or it all comes back

No, your MMR is kept by Pysonix, you can't change that.
You can eliminate the title on the last tab of Extras.
