typing in chat while playing
hi im playing with controller
how can i type during the game?
and im not talking about the shortcut with the d pad in the controller

didnt manage to write something with the keyboard its just didnt do anything. only after the game i can tell the other teamates what i wanted to say

I just had the same problem in a 1v1 match. Pressing the buttons to chat wouldn't do anything. The chat wouldn't open. I checked that all three chat keys were correct (T, Y, U) and they were but they weren't working. I didn't try to change them because it was a ranked duel and in the time that I was spending figuring out why I couldn't type the enemy scored a 2 goal lead. I still won tho :steamhappy:.
