What's the rarity of "Black Market" items?

Title. Just opened my first CC1 ever and got a Labyrinth decal which is labeled "Black Market". Got me wondering: How rare are these kind of items?

Well, there are "certified" Black Market decals too, but those are as rare as a four leaf clover

Think it's like 3% chance, but that's kinda irrelevant unless you plan on opening tons of crates.
A lot of people get it in their first crate aswell, also you're an idiot if you pay 30 keys for it.

Black Market is the highest rarity a crate item can have. All Black Market items so far are animated decals that can be used on any car except the Batmobile and DeLorean. Pretty sure they are under 3% drop chance, maybe even under 1%... I'd say you are pretty lucky. Also, if you don't like how Labyrinth doesn't have a second color option, all of the other Black Market decals released so far do. So, to restate what others have been saying... it's pretty rare.

so far i have all of them. i have 2 slipstreams who wants to trade me for one lol and Rare yes ive had to trade quite a bit to get them. i opened over 50 crates and did not get one so i had to trade up to get em. hope this helps

I opened one in my 3 crate after opening a trinty rocket trail and the pixel fire. then i got a crimson spiralis after the black market. BTW Black market is HeatWave
