How to get out of Champ 3 in 2s?

I've been stuck in Champ 3 in 2s, yesterday was the first time I saw a div 3, and I think I'm doing something wrong, is there's anything I should force into my play style? I recently added pressuring and it got me that div 3, but it seems to not work anymore, what should I do?
