I saw someone who drove around carrying the ball on top of his car for a good 2 minutes despite people crashing into him the ball always stayed on top of his car, and then later he kept destroying other cars, he destroyed something like 20 cars in 3 minutes.

Sounds like you were playing the recent 'flavor of the month' gamemode in rotation where the ball literally stuck to you and everyone was easily demo'd at a touch...

..although, the guy carrying the ball was the one who got easily demo'd so, nevermind...

I guess it is pretty safe to say that the op is highly exaggerating what happened.
I assume someone just dribbled and since he was acainst players who were like bronze level they didn't do anything smart. I just don't believe that they were constantly ramming in to the player at full speed with nothing happening.

And getting 20 demos against new players is not that hard cause they are not that good in avoiding them.

Just a hint. Play the game first before saying people are hacking and learn about how well people actually can carry the ball. Would be really weird if reddit+this place where peoples have a combined of million hours played haven't seen hackers and u see one instantly when starting to play the game.

Dribbling for long periods is high;y possible by the most elite and skilled players in RL, There is not hacks or cheats behind it it is just something you have to master once mastered and with a lot of practice dribbling the ball for a long time on the ground or in the air will become second hand like all things with enough practice and skill.
