Training packs that teach corner play

Hi guys. I'm currently stuck at Gold 2 because I just cannot for the life of me get the ball out of the corners of the field without giving the other player the entire advantage to boot it right into my goals.

Are there any training packs that randomly shoot balls into the corners so I can practice?

If not are there any suggestions better players than Gold 2 have for dealing with balls in corners?

Pretty easy to just make some training maps yourself so you can really create those scenarios you struggle with.

Main thing is just dont hit it into the wall, as that will just be a pass for the other team, which is what your problem is I assume.
Hit it at an angle, so the ball travels alongside the wall, which is going to be a decent enough clear for gold level.
Or just slightly hit it and either travel with the ball or hit it harder afterwards when you have a better shot.

Taking it up the wall is another alternative but that depens on your skill.

Thanks. I have problems going up the wall because the camera goes outside of the field and all I can see most of the time is in reverse so it's very tricky to hit the ball; is that something that will just come with practice or is there some kinda trick to it?

[Champ 1] just ride the ball around the side on the front of your car or pinch it on the wall just for some play, golds (no offense) usually can't comprehend the game as easily when the balls moving fast. If you can pinch the ball right, it should go along the wall and down their side for a free goal. Just play free play and hit the ball into the corners and do what you want to, take all the time you need to hit it right and consistently, then go into a casual 1v1,2v2, etc. and let the ball do what you want and get the walls down, once you get that down wall shots are a huge advantage at that rank.

So your issue is wall clears around the corner?

The main trick is not to rush it. Use a light touch or two driving along the back wall to get the ball past the corner then bang it with a flip once you're past the corner and have a proper angle.
Easy way to practice that is to go into freeplay and just hit the ball up the wall towards a corner then follow it and try to control and clear it out.
That's also a good way to introduce yourself to air roll shots(super important at higher skill levels) since optimal clears from that position often involve air rolling before the flip to get a proper angle and/or power on the clear.

Well it would be easy for you to make a training one for it.

The lower ranks tend to not challenge soon enough when defending and then keep trying when they fail instead of rotating out. Unless my guys are compleatly out of position I like to challenge the ball before it turns the cornor. The better I get the fewer saves I make because I'm stopping the shots before they can develope.
