It's ridiculous. They just renamed old "uncommon" wheels to "exotic" and it's the new highest tier.
One uncommon painted wheel is usually about 0.5 key value, and to get it you need to trade up 5 new imports / 25 very rare boosts / 625 random item drops after matches.

To kill it further, the "new exotics" / old uncommon painted wheels will just drop as well: "will instead be drops at the Exotic tier". So it can be obtained as a trade up from 625 items dropped... or just as a single item drop lol.

It reduces the giant 625 items trade-up value to near zero. Just compare it - one random drop after match or waiting to get 625 drops... It takes a lot of time to get 625 drops, maybe 500 hours playtime or so.

ive played 1300 hours and just trading all my non painted uncommons got me 1 exotic wheel and a couple imports
