Controller Grib for new settings

I just read that changing your controller settings from default can make it easier to play.

for instance bounding the drift and air rotate to LB and bounding boost to RB

I was just wondering when people do this, do they use their index-finger for both LB/LT and RB/RT, or do they use their index and middle finger for these buttons?

Most people just do the air roll to LB as you don't need to reverse in mid air.
I do not put boost or slide to the top buttons as I control the top 2 buttons with just my index and that would make things very awkward.
Instead I have boost on X and jump on A for easy double jump aerials and slide on B.

yes thats what i thought, than you can't reverse and drift at the same time and you have to switch between boost and gas. what's the reason you switched X and A? it isn't much easier than the default right?

Think default is A and B? Just see whatever makes more sense to you when having to use both at the same time.

You use the middle fingers for the triggers, index for bumpers. Four buttons, four fingers.
