Nintendo Switch Subscription.
I am not really a fan of sub2play rental plans like that one.
So could it be that Nintendo wants more people to sub to get access to those games?
Me personally, I tried to buy Metroid Zero Mission (GBA) with my money that I have, but learned I had to sub to play the game digitally,
Infernal Machine was a nice if janky Tomb Raider clone.
Few years older when I played Legacy of Kain: Defiance ;)
Blinx the Time Sweeper & Blinx 2: Battle of Time & Space. The fact they didn't get a PC port like Halo is criminal
Quantum Redshift: Ditto
Shadow the Hedgehog Uncensored/Uncut. Sonic X Shadow Generations proves we all want this and I've wanted a PC version with both English Dub & Windii Subs options since 2006 (Shadow is the only Sonic game whose English dub isn't s.hite. Especially an Xbox & PC version with the little censorship it did get destroyed.
Sonic P-06 official with story mode & Windii subs for JP voices as default
Freespace 1+2
Descent Trilogy
Lego Racers 1+2 PC
Sesame Street Search & Learn with Sherlock Hemlock
Pro Pinball: The Web
All GBA Sonic games with Windii translations
Sonic Rush 1+2 (ditto)
All five Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time games
All 3 Classic Prince of Persia games, their 2.5D remakes and Mega CD & SFC ports
Mirror's Edge 1, expanded to Rhianna Pratchett's original vision
Nightcaster: Defeat the Darkness. See Blinx and Quantum Redshift
Strife, done Marathon & System Shock R style
Polaris SnoCross PC with Point Defiance soundtrack
Both Alice games
Carve Jet Ski Racing (same as the other OG Xbox games above)
Tony Hawk's Underground 1+2 plus Remix content (ditto)
Dark Summit (need I repeat myself?)
Mechassault 1+2 (you know the drill)
DK Children's Encyclopdia with the white flying navigator. Hours of fun messing around flying all over the world map.
Mission Kellogs. Imagine Super Donkey Kong but a lot more fun and on PC.
Sonic R (expanded to have more tracks and use both PC & Saturn graphics combined)
Burning Rangers (ditto but similar idea to NiGHTS). Imagine Power Rangers meets Fireman Sam
PC port of Another Code Recollection
Rama
Splinter Cell 1-4 with PS2 & GBA SC1 and OG Xbox Double Agent as extras
Conker's Bad Fur Day Uncensored (controls dialog based on Rare Replay version)
Perfect Dark XBLA version ported to PC
Goldeneye XBLA fully finished & ported to PC
Ultima series, made much less obnoxious & frankly boring to play (Ultima 2 onward) with the Underworld games getting the same controls glowup as System Shock Enhanced Edition
King's Field series (JP versions only) plus the King's Field 1 remake
Akumajou Dracula X: Rondo of Blood
Akumajou Dracula X Chronicles
Akumajou Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight. Based on Saturn version, fan translation for english subs when JP voices are selected, PSP English dub & subs to match when English voices are selected.
Earthworm Jim 3D PC
Rayman 2 Revolution (specifically that version)
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines
would be very cool

Far Cry Instincts. OG Xbox remake of Far Cry 1 except unlike that game you get turned into a trigen yourself which in the remake translates as you getting cat powers ala a feline version of spiderman from claws to cheetah speed & leaping an impressive long jump, to smell tracking and night vision. The levels are sadly not as big as the PC Far Cry 1 but it's arguably better than the original and pioneered first person cutscenes which many games since then gleefully copied. It also did Halo 3's Forge before it was cool. Same with detaching turrets and carrying them as an extra gun which was cut from Halo 2.
Far Cry Instincts: Evolution. Sequel to the above and a lot shorter but the cat powers are explored more here in that it's a lot easier to regain adrenaline to power them, they add climbing sheer surfaces as a new power and on occasion you get a "berserk mode" where you can't use guns but get infinite adrenaline for powers in order to fight waves of bad guys. It reminds me of filling up dark karma to full in Shadow the Hedgehog crossed with Brutal Doom's berserk pack.
Disappointing for me, since I would want to save at every boss fight and significant moment to revisit later without replaying the entire game.
I hope Tomb Raider Playstation games weren't savegame limited like that, I don't know through personal experience, since I always play TR on PC.
Can PS2 games be remastered for PC?
And as part of the process, given more savegame slots?
Ancient Gates could save anywhere, the limitation was just the low number of save slots.
There is a fairly complex tutorial that requires you to install other software to fix this.
GOG version works perfectly, audio included, install and play.
