3D rendering looks low-res/blurry at 1440p, but UI is fine.

I'm trying to play the game at 1440p resolution. The 2D UI elements look correct, but the actual 3D game world (models/textures) appears to be in a much lower resolution. Comparing it to YouTube videos or screenshots, the quality is clearly much lower.

I've tried changing various graphic settings and display modes (Windowed/Fullscreen), but the issue persists. Switching to DirectX 11 didn't help either.

One thing I noticed is that whenever I open the Settings menu, the resolution setting automatically reverts to 1280x720. I suspect this might be related to the issue.

Does anyone know a fix for this?
