i don't understand what is happening with this card if it is an enemy.
does it remove faith from me? does it remove faith from the enemy? where is the enemy's displayed. if the card is on my team does it give me faith?

Heretic's Lair it removes faith from you, the player, regardless of whether it's in your deck or the opponents. It's only use is for the negative faith achievement and it should otherwise under no circumstances enter your deck.
