How do i remove my own wall?

I just bought this game and built my first base (just a simple house made of wood), my friend joined me and now my base is too small for both of us. I want to remove one side of house and extend it. How do i do that, hitting wall with an axe is so slow (1 dmg per hit out of 250 or something like that), is there some tool for object removal just like there is one for building?

Its not enemy base, its my own. I dont want to blow half of my base. Its just 3 simple wooden walls. Is there some console command or something? Something more friendly?

Use your hammer and there should be demolish part while holding right mouse button.

The same one i used to build walls? There are only upgrade options, upgrade to wood, stone, armor, metal...

You can only use demolish/rotate option for short time after placing/upgrading that building part.

If you've not fully ugpraded your base, you can upgrade the wall to next tier and then use demolish option, but you won't get any resources back.

You could do a controlled fire? Maybe the server has a /remove command or something (if you play modded). Other than that have fun picking at that wall. You could also shoot at it.

if ur playing on vanilla u have like a 30 secs period to remove the wall u just placed.if ur playing on modded you can do /remove or /demolish..also if u were you id just build another base and swap everything over.

If it's still.wood.hachet the flat side it's weaker, if it's stone pick the smooth side weaker as well, sheet and armoured require explosives you can't pick.them in any reasonable amount of time

if its stone hit the back of wall with a pick, if its wood use a flamthrower
