Where it says Docks, Bob's cafe, and ALS Marina. That small house is where I live. You can lay low if the heat gets on. When day hordes spawn and come looking for you watch out. They can go under your house. Just crouch and swim to shore if you want out. The zombies can even swim. Also watch out if you heat up the place with camp fires or anything. A witch under your house is suicide. I once got out to swim to shore and she spawned alot of zombies lol. Freaking two feral, two cops, and two bears, and some other zombies. If you kill her some of the zombies may despawn if you didn't fight them.
On that house I was tired of swiming. So I built like a passage to the house. The zombies are dumber than rocks. They don't even walk on the passage to get to you. That's how safe the place is.
For 7 day hordes you shouldn't use that house has a defense. The cops will spit at you acid and destroy the house. I have a new plan for that. It's in the works though. I'm planning to build a high tower made of cement. I have built a entire line already and don't know how to get down. I have a feeling that if I fall in the water I'll die and all my stuff is going to go down in the lake. Or just fall on my passage and maybe live on 10 hp and sprain my leg so badly. I'll have to wear a splint for the rest of my life. I built a entire line of cement blocks like its 200ft in the air. I have 170hp. I think I have a chance.
I built my base in a radio towter with a friend, we built a 3 block high log wall with log spikes at the top all the way around our base, followed by 1 layer of wooden spikes on the ground, with that followed by 3-4 layers of wooden log spikes. I'm on day 24? and so far nothing has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ through. Only thing I gotta get use to about the game is that dogs attack like 2 days before the blood moon, day 19 was the first time I ever died. Was so salty. :D
One tip on hunger. Get the hunger skills. You'll be less hungry. Also don't always get cold. The more you freeze the more you'll be hungry. Wear the puffer coat, its good to be hot than cold. I don't mind being overheating as I could drink alot of my Golden tea water.
Surprisingly food hasent been an issue lately, I batch hunted animals and have around 30 meat, plus I started a blueberry, Golden(rod)?, and aloe vera farm. Still cant find corn or potatoes.
My time is 60 minutes. I wanna switch over to random gen but I dont have the patience to walk 20 minutes to find a city. :D So far ammo is my only weakness right now. I despretly want to use AK but can never find enough ammo. I can make Ammo for it but its really a hassel. What map are you playing on?
Do you play 7 Days to Die on pc often?
I played it sometime ago and brought a level 500+ iron pickaxe from a trader lol idk how I got the cash for it.
Honestly though, the more harder it is, the more acomplished you feel in the end.
But traders and a few other things are out now but sadly you gotta make a new world. Should be fun though!
