Is there a mod that is something like: Industrial Craft?

Hello, I hope you guys know a bit of this mod, it is from minecraft.

I hope some people here played this very popular mod in minecraft. I remember playing that mod with futurstic stuff.like solar panels, EU storages, batteries, transformers, machine components. And alot of more, bio fuel, electric furnace, iron furnace, and so on. It was really great, since you need lots of resources to create such advanced stuff. Everything became easier with machines.

Now i haven't played minecraft anymore since 2/3 years ago. And between that time i've found this really cool game instead and directly liked it!

So, i am wondering if there is any. Oh and maybe you can create these by yourself? Since i've seen some xml editor passing by and that it seems really easy to edit with it.

There are mods like that. Look for the “Live Free or Die” mod it has extra framing and solar panels and generators. There is also “Better Than Giant Bees” which is a harder game style but has many cool features. Also I host a server that is modded with a bunch of cool goodies you can take a look at my changes here-

Thanks for the replies, I see that one of those mods do affect alot of the gameplay. Is there not a way to only add some machines and solar panels? And everyone else stays as it is? Thanks.

Yes you can do that you just copy the things you want to your files. You would have to familiarize yourself with the files and know what all you needed to make it work but it is quit doable.
