HUD : v0.19 -- playerZKPKDIcoChngHUD - playerSkillPointsHUDBar
Note the icon for Zombie Kills in these 3 shots as the kill count goes up. (IcoChng)
Yes, the IcoChng works for PKills and Deaths. I just didn't die or PKill, hence still black.
Once white (255+) changes stop for that icon (ex 255+ deaths = white deaths icon).

LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\xui.xml--> <controls><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui\controls.xml--> <styles><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui\styles.xml--> <windows><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui\windows.xml--> <xui><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui_Menu\xui.xml--> <controls><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui_Menu\controls.xml--> <styles><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui_Menu\styles.xml--> <windows><!-- R.E. LXIX --> <!--\7 Days To Die\Config\Xui_Menu\windows.xml--> Added effect="outline" to various text elements. playerSkillPointsHUDLeftTop as another option for displaying skillpoints in the Top Left of the screen. Doing this it is placed so the Points available text does not display (off-screen). Changed: Moved the playerSkillPointsHUDBar left so the end of the XP bar is visible. Now ends at the middle of Slot 8 of the belt allowing better visibility of when close to leveling. Decreased opacity of the playerSkillPointsHUDBar so it is a bit easier to see the XP bar through it. v0.19 Added: Requested: Window with Skill Points Available with optional display position (with 2 options for position) (playerSkillPointsHUDBar or playerSkillPointsHUDRight) -- Default: playerSkillPointsHUDBar enabled Requested: Window that displays Zombie Kills, PKills, and Deaths with option to not show PKills (with dynamic or static colored icon versions[black to white]) (playerZKPKDIcoChngHUD, playerZKDIcoChngHUD, playerZKPKDHUD, or playerZKDHUD) -- Default: playerZKPKDIcoChngHUD enabled mapTimeHUD Window to display time in many areas of the GUI where the date/time does not display as the Compass is hidden. mapTimeHUD Window to many window groups in the xui.xml files to have the time displayed on a lot of stations/menus/etc Postion of mapTimweHUD window may or may not change as I am unsure where I want it. It is where it is at to be compatible with most menus. NOTE: if you find a window/screen that should not have time displayed, or time missing from one where it should display let me know. Screenshot would be great. Fixed: Minor positional mistakes Changed: Adjusted Font sizes slightly under compass and for level Near entire layout for Editing Tools RWG Previewer consolidated playerStatsHUD and playerStatsBarsHUD into single window of playerStatsHUD (don't think anyone was using food/water without the fill bars) Removed: Old mapCoordsHUD window as it is not coming back anytime soon. As of Alpha 16 this option could not be enabled due to a Stack Overflow error that occurs which potentially can completely crash 7DTD or cause other errors and bugs. Known Issues: The Skill Points Available is not real-time updated. It updates based on a few GUI events. The most common one to work is going to inventory. Hack alert: By putting the Skill Point window in the window_group toolbelt it will mostly/only update when pausing/hitting ESC. By having the Skill Point window in the compass group it allows the window to update when going into the crafting menus, looting, and many other commonly accessed GUI areas. To avoid issues the toolbelt controller is used to hide it at the right times (example on the minibike) ----- ----- Reminder: All changes in the XML files are tagged at the start and end of all changes with "Red Eagle LXIX's Custom HUD" or on the lines changed with that text. ----- Credit to The Fun Pimps for 7 Days To Die ----- ----- Thanks For the bug reports. :) ----- ----- Terms Of Use: All original values and layouts are property of The Fun Pimps. The Fun Pimps own all of the original source data for this modification. All modifications and changes done by myself are hereby released for use in other modifications of 7 Days To Die or the core game itself (7 Days To Die). Credit for any modification I have done is not necessary but is appreciated if you re-use my changes or build on them. Notifcation of re-use of any modification I have done is not necessary but is appreciated (after all I want to check out what others do). ----- ----- Thanks to The Fun Pimps for this great game. I bought it once and have had so many new and different versions and experiences it feels like I've bought many games. ----- --

Yes, the files can be installed to a server. everyone connecting to the server will then see the modified HUD.
Red Eagle LXIX 28. mar. 2016 kl. 3:15
Known Issues and to do found in v0.06:
Belt Slot Numbers sometimes end up behind the belt slots in the render depth order: seems to happen after respawn -- under investigation
Refactor for map data as the mapArea controller with A14 now requires the MapStats controller, as such for code cleanup and to only use one instance of the MapStats controller, 2 custom windows will be combined in a future version (optimization, no visual impact) -- planned

Hey, a great mod, thanks alot man. Could you somehow make the elements in the top customizable? i loove the XP and hunger bars, but i dont quite like the additional info in the top, like the temperature and position, i'd rather like the big clock to stay there.
Or is there some file i can edit to achieve that?

Thanks ! But i dont want have a compas+home+xp ui. Just only water/food/temp. pls say me (or do a lite version) wat's i am do comment out ?
Red Eagle LXIX 29. mar. 2016 kl. 14:52
Every single change is fully commented within the XML files. Most items can easily be disabled and/or swapped for their original values already. At any rate the next update (not compatibility patch) will hopefully be easier to select items, and include instructions for such. This last version was a compatibility patch, the update (when released) is going to move some things around and change a few up. - Note: depending on 7DTD releases the next release may be another compatibility patch or the update, depends on which I get to first versus what I get time for versus what The Fun Pimps do versus real life demands. :)

v0.08 has been released.
Link in OP

Changes:
Made improvements to comments as to which lines to delete or change to enable/disable certain windows within the HUD
Modification does not touch the default compass window to allow selection of that window and disabling the modified one and the stats below it.

README updated. Whoops. :)

I was wondering if there is a way to get this mod to work on a server that does not have it installed?
