Darkness Falls Mod - Technology Skill Question

Hello all!

I was hoping someone knew information about the Technology Skill. I crafted the Future is Now book to unlock it. I have 3/5 of the Technology usable but I did read extra of the books so I have 4 and 5 unlocked they just have red check marks next to them.

Anyway my question is everything else says cost NA and it will not let me put points into them like the accelerated healing, gotta go fast, physical conditioning and transhuman. Anyone know how to unlock these? When I hover over them it looks like I can buy it as it has the shopping cart but it will not let me and says NA and does not tell me what is needed :(

You can only pick one of the two: Bio or Demonic. Once you put a point in one the other one will become unavailable to you.
