Weird 7 days bug with Darkness Falls
I can't seem to find this issue posted anywhere, I've been playing 7 days for a long time, vanilla and darkness falls. I don't know if it is just this past update that's broken my Darkness Falls Version, but zombies do not chase me for more then 10 meters? Like i have no issue being over burdened with low stamina and can get away from zombies I've aggrod.
They just stop dead in their tracks, like i don't exist. Ill attack them again , they'll chase me and stop again. I've tuned Feral sense on even though that's not what I would like , but it made no difference. They sensed me quicker but still lost interest when i got a short distance ahead of them. I can't play like this , seems like every other issue I've read about is about zombies who WONT stop chasing you. I could play if that was the case.
I've tried the basics, fresh reinstall, Manual installation of DF, Mod launcher installation of DF. Verified game files. :lunar2020ratinablanket:

If you're trying to install DFalls over v1.0 then yeah for sure that will break things. Darkness Falls was last updated for A21, and isn't expected to support v1.0 for quite a while (the modder just started a time consuming job, he'd like to support v1.0 eventually, but I think the expectation is within a year).

You should try the discord channel for Darkness Falls, but be sure to read their FAQ first.

You're surprised that a third party overhaul mod, one as complicated as DF, isn't yet updated for "1.0"? With "1.0" still in experimental?
Not that I have anything against Df, but seriously... bit of a "bruh" moment...

It seems that broken zombie pathing is one of the main symptoms of incompatible mods, if it does not crash the game entirely - I have had a few do that, I used an earlier build version of Improved Hordes in 1.0 and it made all zombies stand on the spot and jump up and down. It was quite funny they were still trying to attack. I updated it, now it does nothing at all.

Hit F1, if you see lots of red text something is not working properly, delete the contents of your mod folder and add them back one at a time, overhauls are unlikely to work at all during this period of rapid updating. Telrics Horses are working fine in my run of 1.0 so far, so are DoubleG zombies, I have firemen.
