That '..\Appdata\' folder is a hidden system folder so, you need to set View options to 'Show hidden folders / files' in order to see it in Windows Explorer. Those folders for 7d2d need to be deleted (just as GinsengSamurai suggested) after doing an uninstall of the game. This way, when you do re-install the game, it will be known as a 'clean' install... cuz there was nothing for the game left on your system after uninstalling. Do note, you should have restarted your PC after 'completely' uninstalling the game. Now the issue is, there are data entries in Windows Registry from the old install. This is why it's important to run the 7d2d launcher.exe after a re-install of the game. You need to go to it's 'tools' section, select 'clean...' and check all the boxes to completely clean your system--resetting registry entries to defaults.

The War3zuk mod is an overhaul mod. It changes a lot of things.

Your best bet is to uninstall the game, go to the game's installation folder, delete everything, then go to C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie (%appdata%), back it up, then delete everything in there. Now, reinstall the game.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

You don't need to do an uninstall, just delete the 7DTD game folder.

Then go check with 7dLauncher.exe / tools / open savegame folder, if there's a folder "mods" & delete it.

Now with Steam, just do a check file of 7DTD & that will auto download the game...

Next time when you want to install a full mod overhaul, do a copy of the 7DTD folder & rename it & so apply/install the mod in it, you will lost less time by re-download each time...
