Darkness falls Razor quest

Found razor and started the first quest for buried supplies. I found them but it doesnt complete quest and wont let me give it to him. i get option to repeat quest and i did that and still did not work. I cancelled and restarted and tried again and it still did not work. Any fix to this? am i missing something?

I don't know much about that bug and haven't noticed it myself, but I've heard about it in the Discord channel for DFalls. If there's a solution it will be there, but I'm guessing it'll be to use the Console to get around the quest..
