More utility-type mods?
Craft From Containers is insanely useful, only works in your claim though.
I'd also recommend OCB's Claim Repair. It's not every effective intentionally, but it'll fix up areas (if you give it the resources) you didn't even know were damaged.
Performance Mod A21 should help a bit if you're having issues, same with Texture Streaming and ZZ's Weather of the Apocalypse.
Oakraven's rockdrill can also be very nice if you're looking to dig up more resources. However, it attracts zombies, so be ready for that.
Darkness Falls
War of the Walkers
War3zUK
Joke Mod (it's a serious overhaul mod in addition to being a joke)
Wasteland (particularly if you've played and liked any Fallout games)
Wild West
Preppocalypse
Tongo
Darkness Falls and War3zUK are best approached with caution. They make vanilla seem like a lovely stroll through pretty countryside on a pleasant spring day followed by a delicious picnic with birds twittering prettily.
Will try that later after the release 1.0.. you can have it as you like...Enjoy ;)
Check https://7daystodiemods.com/ (and make sure to check the game version ) and then decide for yourself.
I would also suggest checking here as well since some of the mods are not listed on the site above: https://community.7daystodie.com/forum/27-mods/
