We use a mod in one of our servers that makes every light in the game functional and allow players to craft each on. I would post the code or separate link to the mod for you to use but I don't wanna overstep boundaries since it wasn't created by me. They probably wouldn't care but I'm trying to be respectful is all. I already asked them if it's okay but I haven't heard back since they are offline and it's late, so I'll get back to you tomorrow.
I will be waiting. thanks ;)

I'm pretty sure every type of light is already added but if not then feel free to add them in. Simply copy paste the format of the preexisting lights and give it a new name and 'extend' by [insert name of light you are adding]. Good luck.
This is also server side friendly as well. So only the server admin needs to install it. Not sure if you need to start a new game--I doubt it.
