need download mods option from server to player.

I played a game more than 17 years ago online and in the main menu there is an option "download mods" On or OFF and I can't believe that in 7 days to die the player has to download the mod from the website to enjoy a mod from the server. This is really frustrating unless if there is another way. Been looking online for hours now how do players download mods from a server since I uploaded a mod to a server and all i can see is that the players need to download this mod/s manually.
in the old game there was a simple way to download many mods
Folder name "MOD" Sub folders with the IP# from the server and the mods they are using. In the main menu you have an option that says mods, click on it and it will show you all mods you have downloaded which then you can delete. This is something the developers did unpurpose to limit the game from expanding to higher gameplay.

For simple mods that already happens. For other mods, that may be added when there is a workshop. But for other mods I think that will never happen because they replace game files or are installed to the game folder.

If your mod(s) only modify the xml files in the game, then the server will automatically download them to the players. If your mod contains custom resources or C# code modules, then each player will have to download the mod(s) to their own machine.
