because I am curious. I have seen lots of different comments stating that the game was better in previous versions. I have only played since A20 came out so don't know what was in previous versions to make them better.

Nexus has a handful of Alpha 15 mods but not much.
A16 was the super popular version where modding exploded so much better chances to find something there.

because I am curious. I have seen lots of different comments stating that the game was better in previous versions. I have only played since A20 came out so don't know what was in previous versions to make them better.

fair enough everyones just trolling me today haha i prefer these things and keep in mind this version is sentimental since its console version

Learn by looting
Learn by skills (do stuff to get better at it)
Lootable bodies with specific pools i.e military zombies drop armour
Has bandit armour for sale
Levels go from 0-600 instead of 0-6 seems alot more rewarding when u get to 600
Every weapon has customizable parts with seperate levels to give a weapon a overall level you can take parts out and combine them in workbenches
No loot stages day 2 you could get a gun from air drop

Somethings it lacks
Poi / city generation properly its nothing comapred to a21
Trader quests

its alot more barren of a version but i commit to this version as i hold it dearly and ill never return to a21 when a22 with bandits comes out or whenevr it does but i always return to A15 for sheer eerieness the game really feels horror like vs plastic like put i this way Alpha 15 reminds me of left 4 dead 1 and 2 style graphics raw and eerie alpha 21 feels like back 4 blood just plastic hope this helps most people hate alpha 15 btw

Thanks for that yeah i tried that but they took away a vital component from a15 that made me revert haha cant remmeber what it was think looting bodies? anyway i tried to look on nexus couldnt find much but thanks for your help :))

yeah its great i do like it annoying when it snows and you have a ton of bodies to search and they disappear for sometime xD

Seasons sound interesting. It would stop the area around your base always looking the same due to the landscape changing due to snow, grass etc.

I suppose the only place you can almost quarantee not to get garbage with the mods on your PC, use Nexusmods.com. They have mods for 7DtD, Valheim etc.
None of the mods, especially overhaul mods are up to date.
