Sorry i never payed any attention to that and most likely did not do it above normal WHATEVER.

Multiplayer there's two options you'll have to change in the serverconfig.xml (MaxSpawnedZombies & BloodMoonEnemyCount).

In singleplayer, you can use the console command to change it.

sg MaxSpawnedZombies X
sg BloodMoonEnemyCount X

Set X to whatever you want.

I've never tried to play it above the limits so I don't know if the settings will be saved properly after going above the cap.

Note that you won't likely see any changes if you're just starting the game world since the Blood Moon waves are dependent on the player's gamestage, so if you're also not happy with that, you'll have to do some editing in the "gamestages.xml" too.
I tried these commands on a day 700 horde where the max alive would've been well over 200 but I had no luck with it going through

Tried it myself with no luck either, still capped at 64 for blood moon count despite setting both to 200, set day to 700 and my level was ~153.

My system was really bogging down dealing with the 64 from blood moon spawning and clipping through a T5 Dishong Tower waking up sleepers though LOL.
