Report a translation problem
In singleplayer, you can use the console command to change it.
sg MaxSpawnedZombies X
sg BloodMoonEnemyCount X
Set X to whatever you want.
I've never tried to play it above the limits so I don't know if the settings will be saved properly after going above the cap.
Note that you won't likely see any changes if you're just starting the game world since the Blood Moon waves are dependent on the player's gamestage, so if you're also not happy with that, you'll have to do some editing in the "gamestages.xml" too.
My system was really bogging down dealing with the 64 from blood moon spawning and clipping through a T5 Dishong Tower waking up sleepers though LOL.
