Show Zombie's HP and game crash
After change config from
<window name="windowTargetBar" controller="TargetBar" visibility="godmode">
to
<window name="windowTargetBar" controller="TargetBar" visibility="always">

game crashes on the last stage of loading. Is this correct, or exists a solution?

The line looks okay. (except for missing the comment at the end)

My first two suspects would be an unintended edit while modifying game files
or a mod in the mods folder that tries to do the same thing in the same spot (like an older health bar mod).

Both of those are fairly quick to check for. If it still happens after that a log file would very likely help diagnose the crash.
