Starvation Mod for Alpha 18
Title for anyone who remembers or played Starvation last updated for A 16. Does anyone else want to see the mod updated for the current version?

For those who don't know or haven't played it, Starvation mod was one of the best mods. It kept much of the base game recipes while adding many new ones. It was well ahead of it's time, with electricity and generators before they were added, weapon mods (sights, lasers, grips), new weapons NPC recruiting and tasking, several new wildlife, animal taming, NPC bandits, many new crops to harvest, new workstations (anvil, science station, kitchen counter and oven, fridges for keeping food from spoiling, bugs and rats that eat/destroy crops. Oh did I forget to mention boss zombies, exo-skeleton suit, and the nuclear power plant where you could turn it on and craft nuclear bombs?

Let's see if we can get enough support to bring back this mod!

Well, we have six people on board. Is that enough for the Starvation Mod team to take on A18?!

If you watch the credits for the game, there is a section where they have those who have passed away while this game is in production. Unfortunately , one of them is the creator of the starvation mod.

it is terrible, and an unfortunate event indeed, but i wouldnt think a thread mentioning that its a good mod, needs deleting.

i mean if others have access to it sure, but like it belongs to a guy who had a family and such, you don't want to bother them for that.

They included a memorial of the individual ("Paco" Steam name or real I'm not sure) in the mod. You can visit his POI and he gives you a "quest" but you don't have to do anything and he drops a lvl 6 Desert Eagle because he is the one who did all the new weapons for the mod and it says he passed away.

I think it's another reason to keep the mod going out of respect for his memory.

trad google......good evening I think the 2 opinions defend themselves and for my part I think that to continue the development of this mode it would be the best tribute to him

I am only of the opinion of not bothering his family with it hence the MAYBE delete this cuz I really ain't sure of the details, but it definitely still a fresh wound for the afflicted people.
