How do you turn on zombie health bars?

I've looked through all the video/display/UI options I can find and don't see the option to turn on zombie names/health. Is that a mod? I could have sworn they said it would be in the vanilla game.

Can anyone please direct me to where it is?

You can, not vanilla really but Hit F1, then type dm, and enter. You will be in debug mode, and can still play normally and zombies will show health bars. But you will also have access to many advanced options which would be very much considered cheating, so be warned if you have low self control...

The health bar can be enabled in 3 easy steps!

Go into "\7 Days to Die\Data\Config\XUi\windows.xml"

Ctrl + F and search for "windowTargetBar" (There should only be one result, which is "<window name="windowTargetBar" controller="TargetBar" visibility="godmode">")

Change the "godmode" to "always" and don't forget to save!
