to be honest you're not going to see any modder make or use nudity/nsfw mods..it's not the correct niche type for this zombie survival/sandbox genre

i got yelled at by steam for this post yet its still here....strange.
i asked the mod maker who did the nude player mod so we'll see.
this game needs more npc's in general.
would be cool to find survivors hiding in closets u can save & they reward u.

There are already mods that add a wide variety of NPCs, but these are not specifically made for people who live in horny land.

Also, by "reward" you mean "get nekkid." Be honest with your thirst.

It's a bit strange that you are making this request on Steam and not in the modding forum on the 7 Days to Die website, where the modders are more active.

Yes, Army of the Dead did have a zombie pregnancy, complete with zombie preemie, but people have some really "interesting" hobbies and maybe need to stop huffing paint.

as for 'reward' actually i was just thinking non-sexual for a moment. like here's random reward of food water or tokens would be cool. maybe even a follow me option. bring ppl home like fallout 4. create a colony. they'll probubly have all that in starfield
