How to edit Land Claim Range over 71
I know it's in the game files, it's an SDF file. Our base is about 100 blocks from wall to wall, I want to prevent spawning inside. Anyone know of how to edit it?

LCB's only prevent sleeper respawns. Nothing else. It could be 10 blocks, 50, 70 or 100. It won't matter for anything else in the world like BM, screamers, wanderers etc.

You have to replace the top layer terrain blocks inside your base with building blocks. If you prefer to still have a natural look, then you can craft "Top Soil" from clay and replace the top layer to prevent mob spawning. ... Edit: never mind about that, creating dirt or top soil can have mobs spawn on, so just use wood or cobblestone or concrete to replace the top layer.

Most players replace the terrain blocks with concrete blocks, and that is enough to push the spawning out beyond your walls. Since the minimum spawning distance is 30 meters, then if you used your LCB block range as a guide then you can measure out 30 meters from that and replace all the potential spawning blocks with your own blocks.

You could just easily change it in the menu after selecting the save and before hitting start (or when starting a new game) with this little modlet:

RELXIX_UIMENU_MoreLandClaimSizeOptions[minhaskamal.github.io]
This adds the options '91, 101, 125, 151, 175, 201' as Land Claim Size options in addition to the default '21, 31, 41, 51, 71' options.
These options are also added as available filter choices in the server browser.
