Can anyone familiar with the world editor explain how to rotate a POI? I can spawn a POI in, but can't change the direction its facing. I use x in the editor to rotate, but apparently it doesnt save it that way.
Now click the following link and read & watch...

As you may see, it started 18 hours ago. I'll play more with it later. I could rotate it in the editor, but it didnt save in the rotated position. Know of any way to smooth out the terrain between the POI and world map? I get cliffs created when its placed. (Kinda hard to find a flat spot THAT big.) Would like to learn how to add sleeper spawns to it as well.
So are you editing a new world or a existing one ?
No matter suggest you read through the following post by Red Eagle LXIX.

2 Be Continued I guess....
The Following Information Was Found On Various Sites, reddit, Steam Forums, 7d2d forums & there for take no credit for the information below.
Lets Start....
World Editor
Make changes
Save
New Game
Select World
Play.
Sounds Simple Right...?
Er well No its Not That Simple Apparently.
So modify the terrain using the Z button to create the bounding box and , for example, fill it with matter ( "L" button ), or deleting matter ("J" button).
OK.
So Now...
The world editor has very powerful tools.
It unlocks an exclusive "level tools" tab next the "Debug mode" tab,
that allow you to use "Z", "J", "L" button to free terraforming.
Next.
To save the changes is to create and modify the world and after i am done put the whole edited chunks of the world in a prefab square and save it as a prefab then save the world and exit.
& Then..
You just save the prefab square box in editor and u are all good to go in normal world after.
First press z on your keyboard them press g and drag with the mouse over the entire creation or edit u marked and adjust the height ( - /+ ) also. Then press k and save the prefab and the world after.
&....If all Else Fails.
Steps:
1.Go to editor tools.
2.Create a new world from there.
3.Go to world editor and choose the world you just generated ( it has to be random gen).
4.Make some edits in the world ( some houses , a base , a bunker ).
5.Include all creation(s) into one big square box and save it by pressing "k" on your keyboard.
6. You can adjust the height / length by pressign shift+g and dragging with the mouse till you include all creation in a squarebox then save it as in step 5.
Then again maybe this would help?
You have to select create new prefab and then save all prefab positions.
Kinda Like...
- "create new prefab"
and then
- "save all prefab position"
then
-save (also to be sure "saveworld" in console)
And last be not least.....
Read The Following........

Also not sure if you can edit the terrain in the editor or now all my information was put together from searching "Keywords"
Enable creative mode in game by pressing F1 & type cm.
You can then edit the terrain.
