go to 'Updates' tab and set it to 'Only update when I launch' & select 'Never allow background downloads'
then in 'beta's tab select 19.4 from drop down list.
Next you'll probably have to uninstall it since it's already updated to 19.5. Then re-install. Be sure to do a "COMPLETE" uninstall----where you make a backup copy of your save files in your user folder and then delete everything left behind on your system related to 7d2d. I even go so far as to run CCleaner and remove any left behind registry values. Then you'll be doing a "Clean" install of 19.4. Afterwards, copy your save files back to your user folders.
You need to uninstall on the mod launcher, then reinstall on the mod launcher.
When you install a mod via mod launcher, it creates a copy of 7dtd from the version you are running and then installs the mods. If you installed the mod over a copy of 19.5, the only way to change that is to uninstall the mod so that you can install it into a 19.4 version instead.
Same for the opposite. Uninstall the mod, make sure your steam version is the one you want the mod installed in, and then reinstall.
