Darkness falls..Help with demonic zombie versions

they regenerate faster than I can shoot. Is there a weakness or do I have to turn my game difficulty down?

No, you must have laser weapons to disable their regen power. You'll most likely find at least ONE of them when doing the lab quest Eve sends you on. I usually find a sword, but it could be a lower level pistol. You'll also find a good supply of the ammo you'll need.

This weapon may appear to do very little damage but it's deadly to the higher demons like incubus and succubus. You'll only have to hit a demon or demonic zombie once with the laser then use your coil weapon to turn them to mush. They have a ton of hit points and, beware the demonic behemoth... that sucker can one shot you before you're even aware that he's close because he's HUGE with a very long reach.
