This mod is super light-weight and super underrated.

Need a reason to fear the single zombie again because the game is too easy?
Want harder 'boss' zombies that ALWAYS drop a loot bag if you manage to kill em?
Try this mod. Brings in only the 'golden mesh' from outside of game. Layers over models.
Randomly spawn in place of regular zombie spawns and (3 weeks in) its disabled on blood moon to prevent you getting steamrolled.
