Need help with DMT NPC mod installing.

Hello, I am completely new to modding, all I wanted to do was to just get some mods for my server. I have a question. I found a cool NPC mod that I'd like to use, but I have no idea how to install it, beuacse it requires some other stuff, I'm confused in this kind of stuff. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

qk and dirty writeup as had same issue:

install the mod launcher here:

After its installed, ignore everything and Click Steam Install in the list of items.

On the right click "Manage modlets"

The new window loads for managing mods for that installation.

At the top click "View available" radio box. On the right Search by author (xyth) for his mods.

Install 1-NPCPackHumans and 1-NPCPackMechs and 2-NPCFactions

After installation close this window and go back to the first window

Above where you clicked manage mods should be "Play game", click that to test.
