War of the walkers Mod UI not working

For some random reason im unsu
re of the UI for me is just red question marks...i have followed the mod dev's instructions to the letter and even watched a video to see if i have missed anything out. But still when im in game the red question mamrks are all over the place.

Im joining a server that also has war of the walkers mod active but im all out of ideas now.

Another tip, make sure you installed the first version of WoW from the mod launcher. I was having the exact same issue because I selected the 5.2 bigger backpack version. The first option will be the current version of the mod and have the bigger backpack as well. Hope this helps!

Nope, the first version is the old 5.1.7, the current version is 5.2.5.

You're right. Apologies. For some reason the problem was resolved using that version, even though I joined a server that was using the current version. *sigh* Still have the problem if I launch the current version. This is incredibly frustrating.

The problem is that the Mods folder is not placed correctly. It needs to go into the 7DTD installation folder if playing on Windows. If playing on Mac then the position is somewhere else and you need to have a look in the official forums for a guide to where it should go.

Same problem with 5.2 only. Did you ever find a solution?

Use the Launcher & download the 5.2 BBM make sure your settings are set to the correct steam installed folder for your game & play thats it.... Or if you only play this game, download the files as before cut & paste them directly into your steam installed folders keeping the structure the same...

Some ppl, well lots really use the launcher as it allows them to stick to a version, Like myself, Run a modded server & aint updating just cos a few files have changed with spelling mistakes... :) RH is another great example as its changed 4 times since going to 3.0, Lots of people have had problems updating files that arent suppose to break an online game save...
