What do the different colours mean when you plant stuff?
Hey all! Solo player here and seeing something that I'm not sure what it means. I have a small garden and plant stuff, but sometimes I get a red box (obviously nothing to be put there), but sometimes white, sometimes yellow and sometimes purple; anyone know what that means?

hmm I only know the red one.

not sure what the others are might have something to do with strucutral integrity are you trying to make a garden on top of a building or filling in a hole with garden plots

Red means you can't plant, either no light or not enough space above. White means it's good. Green means good and in a land claim area. Purple seems to indicate reduced structural integrity. I don't recall ever seeing a yellow.

If there is a void below, you'll see the pink/purple, like, if you're building on a roof and under your roof, the building doesn't have a wall at that particular spot. It's okay to build there, though and, unless your farm becomes too heavy (do be careful and be SURE you put the majority of the plots on or near structural walls.) When the color is white, then that means there is integrity all the way to bedrock... no voids. When yellow, it means that you're building in another person's Land Claim, but you are team mates, so it's all good. When it's green, it's YOUR Land Claim. Hope that helps.
