It also has a damage penalty when you have one installed until you can complete the Urban Combat books too, so there's that to keep in mind.
Better off using crossbow or bow for true sneak kills though.

I'll stick to the Compound Crossbow for clearing out sleepers then.
He's also absolutely right about crossbows and bows being excellent for stealth kills in POIs. However, even a bit louder, a silencer on your AK or Vulture will save your bacon when things go sideways without calling in a screamer. They are worth it, especially once you complete the Urban Combat series. Except on horde night... switch it out for more distance and/or better control/accuracy for the horde.
Still not good for indoors but sneaky POI courtyard sniping and stuff like that. Works well i am not getting insta detected.
