Been trying to get it in A20. Haven't been able to according to guides. Is it bugged or just not possible to get or does anyone know what's going on? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I just got the other day. I found a pond with enough water to submerge in, I took off all of my clothing and armor, and I made sure to not spec any skill points into Well Insulated. Also don't read Fireman's Almanac #1 just to be safe even though it give hyperthermal protection and not hypothermal. The achievement popped when I came back to the surface. Just stay under water until your almost about out of air. I think some have got it to pop by going naked during a snowstorm which happens when it basically rains in the snow biome. I've also heard of people drinking yucca smoothies while going naked while being in some form of water. All in the snow biome of course.
