DX11 = Direct X 11. You can choose to use MicroSoft's DX11 or VULKAN for graphics processing. Depending on your rig, VULKAN may give you better performance (or end up causing issues) whereas DX11 is more 'universal' and generally just 'works' across most systems.
EAC = Easy Anti-Cheat... is only necessary if playing MP and the server requires it. But, it's an extra process happening while playing that can cause a slight performance hit. So, if you don't need it then it's better to have it disabled.....right along with 'Analytics.'
